Kathy Garcia ( Miss New YorK )was a big hit in New York City when she held the title in the Lattina catagory, but now she has just taken the title in one of the biggest new contest created by TV and Radio host Dawn Reese of www.dawnreeseshow.com The pageant is called Carribbean Tropics and now Kathy Garcia is the finalist holding the title Miss New York 2009.

She was a big hit with all the girls from all over the world , for the Miss Caricom Contest. She also made a lot of personal appearances all over the New York City area.
