Bob was born on August 7th 1955 and passed away on October 5,2005. "Non est ad mollis e terris via ' "There is no easy way from the Earth to the Stars' TODAY Bob Pope was laid to rest at his farm in Akron. Robert D Pope ,director,actor and producer.Served in the Army during Vietnam War and was stationed in Germany. He was a leading actor in "Streamers" and "Moon Children"gaining regional semifinalist in the ATA competion. Played 'Mitch' in "A Street Car Named Desire' at the Buffalo Ensemble Theater,and locally for the Irish Classic Theater ,Theater of Youth Company and Melic and Mime Productions. His most recent performance was as 'Henery the old actor " in OConnell and Company's production of "The Fantastics" He produced and directed several successful productions locally, as well as New York City,Los Angeles and Pittsburgh. We want to thank Mary Ellen Kranock his girlfriend for years, family and so many friends for the great memorial service today. Bob will allways remain in our hearts and minds, of all the great fun we had. I have know Bob since 1980 and He was allways a man ready to enjoy life, and during his last days with his friends he never let them forget how much they ment to him. His last minutes today were of extream greatness with music and sounds of the wild . WE WILL NEVER FORGET "BOB POPE"
